Pavlik has eyes on Dawson?

Its not about more or less with those two, Hopkins has different types of skills and defensive tactics while Dawson's defense is developed around his speed and natural athletic ability......they have different ways of going about what they do.

He is faster that is about it. Hopkins does (did) everything better. Dawson gets hit too much for my liking to put him in that ultra Hpkins/mayweather defensive category.

IDK, against Johnson the 2nd time he didn't seem to get hit with anything at all really solid for 12 rounds and did it in a way where he didn't run and the action was sustained.

Dawson isn't as good defensively as Hopkins or Mayweather but he's on par with them as far as pure skills go, IMO. Most of that is due to his speed and athleticism. Once again, I agree with Spay.

Actually he got hit quite a bit in that fight with right hands, he can't seem to avoid them too well. He is good though there is no denying that, but his defense is whack.
