While I agree with that, he has to take responsibility in holding it. I don't really like belts but if a boxer used it as leverage in say negotiations then he should shoulder all the responsibilities that goes along with it ( paying the sanctioning fees, facing mandatories, defending it inside a specific time period, etc... ). Otherwise, the body in charge of the belt has every right to give it to someone else.

Shane last fight was Jan 2009 and the Floyd fight in not a championship fight, so I'm not that outraged I guess.

First off I have an issue with there being a WBA Super World Champion and a WBA regular World Champion. Secondly, I have a problem with a world title being given to anyone. He's done nothing to deserve being a world champion and its ridiculous to refer to him as one.
