    idk about him being a bum but angulo was gettin outboxed by a dude that couldnt box for **** (julio) plus he lost 2 cintron. thats pathetic.

      Never trust Steward in regard to his own fighters.

        Cotto should win & like Steward said, Cotto does have good speed in his hands & good head & leg movement(just look at the Mosley, Judah, Malignaggi & the 1st 6 rounds against Margarito) but he hasn't been using any of that lately..Now what Steward said about Foreman's power-That the people that foreman hasn't KO'd is because no one has KO'd them before..I don't know about that, in his 29 fights ¿21 of his opponents havn't been KO'd? COME ON!..Santos was KO'd 1 X, Bundrage was KO'd 2X's, Barrett was KO'd 2X's & at the time all 4 of Roman's defeats before facing Yuri were ALL BY KO..These are only 4 fighters of his last 5 opponents that Foreman has faced that have been KO'd & ALL went the distance with Foreman...Yuri's lack of power was the reason Foreman's people wanted Steward, to see if Steward could help foreman some how gain more power in his punches...

          I was referring to the type of fighters that Steward likes to train and usually work best with. Lanky, tall fighters with a good jab and powerful straight right. Cotto isn't your typical Steward fighter so I don't know if Manny could really help him.

          I don't think Cotto needs him to beat a guy like Foreman but who knows. I just don't see Yuri as all that durable hence his running routine around the ring. I think if Cotto lays heavy shots to his body and then head it will be over pretty quickly as he's no different than Jennings who also liked to use the ring.

            what a poor choice to make a comparison by Steward...
            Cotto=Dempsey
            Foreman=Tunney

            Tunney beat Dempsey twice....

              the guy went down 18 pounds in his last week of training, then went up 20 pounds for the fight

              he clearly didn't train properly. that's not luck for foreman, but he CLEARLY didn't fight a 100% santos

              not his fault at all, but facts are still facts

                Yeah, but Tunney vs. Dempsey were great figths between a boxer and a puncher. That was Steward's point.

                  Cintron? Cintron? The lanky un-technical Cintron???

                  It'll be an epic repeat on how cotto purely outboxed Margairto the 1st 6 rounds.Only to fustrate angulo all through 12.
                  Of course Cotto would beat Angulo, he would beat him real bad. Angulo is just a coming forward fighter with no skill. He was clearly beaten by Cintron. How can anyone believe that Angulo guy can beat a complete fighter like Cotto beats me.

                    WAR COTTO!!
                    You shouldn't be surprised, even Steward said Yuri is a difficult fight. I believe him, Yuri is quick on his feet and should pose a big problem for someone like Cotto.
