I'm probably in the minority, but I don't think that Steward will be a good fit with Cotto. Most of Manny's best work was with tall fights with dominating jabs (Hearns, McCallum, Lewis, Klitschko, etc.).

That is exactly right but I'm surprised so few see it that way. Cotto also doesn't have a good straight right at all. However, Yuri is really not much of a puncher so if Cotto's confidence is still intact he should be able to break him down and stop him. I've never seen Cotto outboxed just outbrawled by aggressive fighters.

that confused me too. miguel can box. i do agree steward isn't a good match for cotto though. i'd like to be wrong, but i just don't see it. then again, wlad didn't really look like steward could help him either.
