I think Castillo and Corralles ruined each other.

Corrales did go on a pretty impressive run where he beat Casamayor, Freitas and Castillo but I think he never fought the same after Floyd knocked him out. His confidence never recovered, Watch how Corrales destroyed Juuko, Manfredy and Gainer then watch his fights after that. There's a difference in his confidence....

Well that is maybe because it has to do more that Casa, Freitas, and JLC are levels above Juuko, Manfredy, and Gainer.

A ruined fighter does not go and and beat Casa and stops Freitas and Castillo.l
