        how sweet of him

he coulda asked him for a ******* it still doesnt change the fact that he straight up and down mauled ali around the ring. He may act all sorry about it but it's clear as day he went after ali the same way a rapist goes after a naked prey in a dark alley when no one's watching.

It's something that really upsets me about boxing fighters like Ali, Leonard,Chavez, Duran,Barrera, Morales,Castillo, Jones Jr., Gatti etc. loosing to lesser opponents it's sad, unfortunately most of them keep fighting because they're broke. But Ali/Holmes is the worst case, Ali was the greatest and loosing to Holmes the way he did it's upsetting. The most disgusting fact is that Holmes thinks he deserves credit for beating a beyond-shot Ali.

Ali and Holmes both great fighters and human beings.

Really cool how Ali would play around with the kids.

            Watching the beatdown was sad.

How heartbreaking. Ali should have never been allowed to get in there.

It was soul-crushing to see Ali beaten that way, terrible to see Leonard being battered by Macho...and i hope a badly-faded mayweather doesn't get beat up by an Amir Khan.

, why do you people always have to make Amir look like the bad guy?

How wasn't it clear to anyone that Ali shouldn't have been fighting at that point? It was iindeed heart breaking, good documentary not great.

                    Listen,

Once you get in the ring, you can't really half-step it. At the risk of getting hurt yourself.

I don't know that Gatti lost to lesser fighters because of age.

                      Who are you referring to?
