whats healthier,eating or starving?

in the case of pac/cotto,pac can still eat and come in fully healthy, while cotto has to starve himself down.when your starving those 2 lbs make a world of difference.that means that he has to train while taking in less than 1000 calories, meaning that he doesnt have much options to replenish what he loses thru training.of course he's gonna be ripped cause he literally has no fat left, which the body also will burn excess for energy if your not putting anything back in.

if all these big welters like cotto, rito, clottey, williams fought manny at 145,the results would be terrible.these guys dont need to be less than 154.a real ww div should have guys like floyd, hatton, manny, bradley, khan etc.guys who can make 145 lbs and still perform

in the case of marquez they agreed to a penalty if he couldnt make the weight.weight wasnt an issue cause this was a non-title payday for both guys.if floyd was trying to cheat he could've came in over 147.
Well in boxing what do most boxers do? Starve. Morales use to eat like 8 strawberies a day to make weight.

A lot fo boxers drain to make it.

Apart form Fat Guzman and the HW's, how many get to eat Taco's and ****?

Cotto was 146 VS Clottey. Looked pretty healthy to me. So 145 was 1 lb down, which he agreed to.

Fact is, Manny has been losing weight for ages to make 130 etc... he still did well.

Yeah and Manny was a big FW, SFW, and LW, now he is going to be the smaller one finally and he takes that advantage he had against others and uses it against him yay!

I could see if Floyd was a man who missed weight a couple of times, but he always trains hard.
        complete and utter rubbish.

Wow. Are you saying that you applaud Floyd for pulling that stunt at fight week no less?

I don't understand your statement. It seems that you believe the Floyd intentionally want that happen. I believe as reported on some articles, he did that ( the change to 147lbs ) to save roughly 400K. There is a 1million fine for not making weight. He then went to renegotiate with Jmm camp and paying a 300k per lbs excess. By going 2 lbs over the initially agreed weight, he paid 600k saving the 400k. Personally, found that distasteful. He already had a very very significant weight advantage but he chose to make it even bigger.

Floyd didn't fail to make the catchweight for an added advantage, he failed because he felt his limit was 146 and he's not going lower. I respect that he expressed this and gave JMM a choice.

NACHO and his fighter agreed. I told you guys once, if floyd was leaning on him, then yeah I could see you guys having a point, but that didnt happen, he got out boxed, out countered.

I honestly dont expect you to understand this as KEITH "THE DEAN OF MEAN" JARDINE IS SOMEONE YOU LIKE IM MMA LOL! A ****IN BUM.
read on my previous post again, regardless of the contract. and fact is a fact, that i aint giving any excuses that jmm is a blown up lighterweight, blah, blah blah.

you havent answered me if that instance is worth emulating especially that he proclaim himself as the greatest. so the greatest should come with 2 lbs heavier, and then alter the contract so there should be no conflict at all?

and hey, u getting irritated that ur using an ad hominem against me via my avi?

probably this is what happened in mayweather-jmm pre-fight.

floyd: hey, i thought i can make the weight. i never knew my limit before. i changed the contract and can you sign it?
                    jmm: no problem.

jmm lost and accept the lost as a man. floyd won and keeps boasting he is the greatest like a...

and hey, i read ur other post. u bashed jardine as a bum, and u boast that ur muay thai, boxer, etc. so why are u behind the computer fighting? u should be more popular than jardine if u aint a bum.
