This is not a thread for Khan fans to slag off Maidana or for Khan haters to hate on Khan. I was just wondering what people though a win against Maidana would do for Khan.

Would people who are undecided on Khan be impressed. Would people who are un-impressed by Khan change there mind. Or would people who watch Khan expect a win. Just thought it would be interesting to get some views.

It won't happen...........Khan will be protected by GBP like he was with Frank Warren. No way will he be put in with a puncher. You must be dumb if you can't see it.

I was iffy bout Khan before, but after his one sided fight with Malignaggi I'm damn impressed. If he beat Maidana in a real impressive fashion I would be simply amazed, I'm not saying that he can't or won't...but Maidana's a damn badass and if Khan simply whoops him, then damn...

Personally, it would be a real hard call. Overall I'd say Khan is the better boxing technique wise and all, but Maidana would make the fight damn physical. He'd be in Khan's face from bell to bell and would really really force Khan to keep his cool. Either way I'd lov to see that fight.

It's alright man trolls don't know how to answer a simple question. IMO Khan would still be behind Bradley because of the opposition Bradley has faced. If Khan defeats Maidana in a dominating fashion, would rate him over Alexander (edging).

Yeah mate good point, thats one of the things i was wondering about. If Khan was to win would it then be said that Maidana was a hype-job anyway or would he get credit from posters who rate Maidana.

I don't know...I mean Maidana isn't really good. The only reason people are giving him a chance against Khan is his chin. But if he took Maidana's best shots, it would just prove that his chin improved at 140 and the fight would be one sided from there. It wouldn't really prove that he's a great fighter. However a win over Bradley or Alexander would.
