The question should be if Floyd hit cotto with the kind of shots that he hit shane with would cotto still be standing, and the answer is no. Cotto footwork sucks he be trippin over his own feet.

Floyd does have a good chin anyone who thinks otherwise is just being silly and i dont think cotto would land many clean puches, he is too obvious and flat footed. just my opinion but i think we all know Floyd would make Cotto look silly.

Cotto is a natural born lefty, his right hand is not as strong as your making it out to be, Pullcounter. Cotto's best punch is the left hook. Cotto's right hand is not as strong as Mosley's right hand. Mosley's left hook is stronger than Cotto's right hand, even at 38.

Another thing, handspeed. Cotto doesn't have Mosley's handspeed. Mosley threw those right hands lightning fast.

His right was pretty effective against Quintana and Judah, I guess mainly because they were southpaws. But I agree that Shane has a more explosive right hand, I also think Floyd had trouble seeing the punch since Shane set it up with a jab to the body.

its safe to say that floyds chin is great. but as lampley said, the reason why his chin is so great is b/c his neck is so stronger.
