so why can't floyd accept 14 days, if 18 days wasn't a problem for BOTH of them?

If he accepted 14 days then it wouldn't be random would it? because they would both know that the testing would be stopped 14 days before the fight.. defeating the whole purpose.. so if a fighter was to be juicing they wouldn't be able to plan out there cycle to avoid getting caught..

The purpose of the USDA isn't to appeal to the fighter's morales but to make sure that they don't have any illegal substances.
