    If he accepted 14 days then it wouldn't be random would it? because they would both know that the testing would be stopped 14 days before the fight.. defeating the whole purpose.. so if a fighter was to be juicing they wouldn't be able to plan out there cycle to avoid getting caught..

            its a variable

            so it could range from 0 - X amount of days

                      Floyd had nothing to do with what USADA CHOSE to do.

                      Him and Shane had NO cutoff. Which means they had no control over it.
