Its all good press for him. There is a reason why he sells more than anyone else, especially more than any other african-american fighter.

I remember that when it happened, it was a pretty dumb thing to say. Im not sure what your point is either, I would never try and defend my favourite fighters when they do or say dumb thingsComment

i dont wanna see him lose.I feel the same. I think that people will only appreciate him when he retires, I love to watch him fight but alot of people are jealous and want to see him lose. Especially on this site. lol
we want to see him use his skills, because we know what he got.rather than just talking a lot..
floyd needs to fight all those he needed to fight.. thats what the people wants. coz he's of higher standards and plus he brags.Comment

I was just looking for a fan group of Floyd Mayweather Jr, on Facebook. What I found was a fan group with 12.000+ members called: Floyd Mayweather Jr.
But the first group I found was: Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a *****, with 21.000 members.
That got me thinking, is he really that hated in the US or around the World? Even the media in Denmark is starting to write hate articles. It's kinda sad, as I really enjoy watch Floyd Mayweather Jr. Entertaining and got skills that very few can compare with.
ive read critical articles about floyd from english, french, spanish, italian sports websites. He's hated in every continent.
there's a reason why he has a international reputation as a cherry picking scared ducker who is afraid to fight threatening opposition because he's scared to lose his undefeated record.
notice how *****s think only pacquiao fans can be described as fans (fanatics). they on the other hand are not fans (fanatics) but are even keeled, neutral, honest, superb, super intelligent, true boxing fans.
I suggest you look up the meaning of fans(fanatics).
Ive never met such a conceited fan base.Comment

Filipinos are very hospitable people. The only thing they don't like about Floyd is his character infront of camera (I personally believe he's a cool guy in real life and all he just loves to act as a villain), and this is understandable knowing that majority of Filipinos are very friendly and christian. I can also guarantee you that if Pac acts like Floyd infront of a camera, he won't get support from casual Filipino fans. Filipinos appreciates talent and hardwork, and I assure you that Filipinos who are boxing fans respect Floyd's talents (read my sig) Alot of casual fans started to love Pac because he represents hardwork, dedication, and generosity which are common values of Filipinos, and he puts the Philippines in a good light. You have to understand that Philippines is not exactly as popular as China, Japan, etc...so for Pac to represent our country and help it be more recognizable internationially, hell yeah it's a big deal, why wouldn't it be?
Point is, don't let diehard *******s make you look at our country that way, they don't represent us as a whole. If you have money to burn and feel adventurous, why not plan a vacation in the Philippines? You'd be surprised how much fun you'd have.Comment

I doubt it mate.
Floyd will be welcomed here with open arms IMO, he just don't say anything that'll stir a hornet's nest, he'll be aight.
Though Floyd not saying anything ****** is a long shot.Comment
