Styles make fights. Gatti would beat hatton

Gatti is done! Did you hear him in the post fight interview? The guy has trouble putting sentences together, let alone beating world class competition. I think moving up to 147 will be suicide. Not career suicide but actual "he could die" suicide.

The guy was good and had a great run fighting smaller fighters but take away his size and he IS a B class fighter. Gatti's weight and strength were always essential to his victories, though lesser in importance to his great will of course. Match him up with any top 147 lber, a guy just as strong as he, and Arturo would be risking his health.

I can't believe more posters aren't commenting on how terrible he sounds every time they put a mic in front of him. Gatti looks and sounds like the definition of an over the hill boxer.

Did you see his mouth in that press conference? He sounded ok before he left the ring ... but in the post-fight, his mouth had swelled up big time. I think that had a lot to do with his awkward speech.

I also think he shouldn't fight at 147. He's had more than enough amazing fights to call it a career. Most fighters will never ever have so many fight of the year battles.

I think that would be a great fight. I would go with Gatti. Hatton doesn't have the speed to dominate gatti the way PBF did.

it would be a hard fight to predict, and gatti is old now and has been through too many wars........

having said that, we all know what he is capable of, and i think he would definitely give hatton a run for the money......i think there would be a late stoppage for either fighter.

PBF would destroy Hatton BUT lets give Hatton credit he beat KT(one of the top 5 p4p in many peoples eyes) so doesnt therefore have ANY trouble ktfo of Gatti.

I would like to see it I think gatti still has alot left in the tank it's just mayweather made him look old which he could do to anyone with his quickness. I think the fight would be intersting I would pull for gatti but I think hatton would comeon strong in the last couple rounds.

gatti got his ass busted just like I told you he would, but Hattons style would play right into Gatti's strengths.

Tzsyu is a thinker, and Hatton did not let Kostya think.

Gatti is a brawler, and Hatton would wake up 2 days after that fight and begin a new career selling tulips at Wal Mart.

Hatton would end Gatti's career, there's nothing that Gatti does better than Hatton. I wouldnt even want to see the fight anymore, seeing Floyd(who's not a known punhcer) sting him with every shot makes me think Gatti's punch resistance has gone, which means he's shot and should retire.
