That's a huge exaggeration to me right there. Btw, I haven't said he was dull, I said he wasn't THAT entertaining.

Knocking out his faded countryman should not count to judge whether he's entertaining at HW or not. He had a dead man in front of him, and he did what he had to do.

I haven't seen him and Estrada, but from what I've read/heard, it was a pretty ordinary fight.

And Arreola was entertaining ??? He was almost running to escape Arreola assault in the first couple of rounds. And he doesn't throw a lot of punches. He fought a smart fight, but I thought what was the most entertaining about the fight was those shaky moments when Arreola had Adamek in the ropes and was slapping him around the ring, I thought he was going to get ko'ed.

Adamek vs Briggs, now you're talking, that was entertaining.

I have to agree with Cliff, the Klitschkos are the best of what is a terrible field.

But maybe there is a glimmer of hope that things can turn around here if some of these fights can get made.

I disagree. People want a standing champion. They love greatness. They love history. The Klitschko's are good enough to be a force in any era, but the current one isn't producing a quality crop.

That's the problem. They aren't getting into any memorable wars that warrant a rematch or even a trilogy. They are simply jabbing their opponents and then pummeling them late. They are so physically and technically sound compared to the clowns beneath them that their reign will be forgotten.

I'd like to see another Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, Muhammad Ali, etc., who can sit on top of the world for 4-8 years. But they need to be in memorable fights, rivalries, etc.

Not really...when Wlad was in his down period between Sanders and climbing back to respectability that was going on and NO ONE thought it was great. It wasn't. It blew. The Klits are interesting in a terrible field which is, finally, looking interesting. Time will tell if it can stay that way.

    Wlad
    Vitali
    Haye
    Adamek
    Povetkin

From those 5 Haye and Adamek are the most entertaining to watch imo....But Haye is a ***** who won't prove himself and Adamek is a cruiser who doesn't stand a chance against either Klitschko.

You repeat this in every Klitschko related thread.

Povetkin should fight a really tough opponent to prepare him for Wladimir. I don't see Povetkin fighting Wladimir this year, so I expect to see Wlad vs Haye. Povetkin should fight Adamek.

these 5 listed above & Briggs,Rahman, liskhovich, tua, gomez & even grant(if motivated) have to be taken seriously...hell throw in Holyfield...he beat Botha(past it)& valuev which is not bad for a 47 year old.I'm surprised a younger, top contender doesn't want to add his name to their resume.he's old but if the fights in Europe it would be a nice payday to go with it.evander still can draw abit over there.Europeans are great fans & usually show up for big names past or present.
