I wonder who the "right guy" is to move back down to 147.

Im guessing margarito, because nobody else is worth it

I think the only reason he would drop back to 147 is to fight Floyd. He has fought the best at 147. Pacquiao would be good at 154.

You come back from that by making sure he's not hitting you with cement this time and beat the **** out of him

Hmmm funny how should Cotto win Arum would only be interested in matching him with other top rank fighters. Nobody wants to see Cotto get whooped by Pac again and I wouldn't want to see Margarito make another dime off of Cotto's name. I would like to see him fight Floyd, but we all know that should that happen and Floyd beat him then people would find a reason to hate on that as well. Unfortunately, i see cotto winning and we're force fed Pac vs Cotto 2 at a catchweight of 150 for the title Cotto wins from Yuri. What a shame.

Hell yeah, i agree with Natedatpkid. Can't wait till Kirkland gets out. Pound for pound bound.

Cotto only fights the best. 154 has a lot of exciting match ups and sure as hell would go to war with Williams, Martinez, and Angulo with no problem. I want to see him fight Margarito too though. Cotto just opened up the oppurtunity to save his career and possibly retire with an amazing HOF resume, possibly all time great status if he had a complete takeover at 154, beat margarito, and beat Manny which is a pretty good stretch but you can't tell me he wouldn't be an ATG if he did that.
C'mon man. I doubt he'll wanna mess with Angulo, Sergiy, Williams. Most likely he goes to 147 to fight Berto.

With Steward in his corner, Cotto is very capable of beating anyone at 147 and 154.

Cotto needs to concentrate on Foreman first. Then fight Floyd at 47. I don't see Pac fighting Floyd anytime soon. Also, Cotto can't beat Pac at 47 or 54!!! And he isn't mentally ready for Margarito either.
