So would a lot of people but it is not going to happen. It is taking on the likes of Alexander , Bradley and Ortiz and beating them that will get rid of his hype label. He is a hype job IMO because he does not have the ability or potential to achieve the kind of status and win the kind of fights his handlers would have us believe. When you read comments that he wants to be the first boxer to beat Mayweather etc and clean up the LWW division and his management do convoluted deals to get out of fighting the likes of Maidana his mandatory and set him up with soft touches that flatter his abilty . Something is seriously wrong.
He is a hype job because his management jump on every opportunity to link his name with fighters when they are in the limelight piggy backing their media attention. His management is the main problem, they over protect him ,shamelessly hype him up with no intention at all of putting him in fights where he can back up their claims. To me that is the definition of a hype job. If he wants to get rid of the over protected and hype job label he needs to earn it by fighting the big fights in stead of just talking about it.
