Take the above from Evander's book for what its worth. I think we can kind of see both sides of the coin with these statements.
I posted this so many can quit complaining about how it has NEVER been done before. But as we see, it HAS been and it happened in NEVADA..we can also seen both arguments in his book
So according to the PACQUIAO supporters arguments, I guess IRON MIKE TYSON was a coward and didnt want the fight.!!!!

Yankees farmhand Amaury Sanit, a 30-year-old right-hander with the club's Triple-A Scranton-Wilkes Barre affiliate, has been suspended for 50 games after testing positive for a banned performance-enhancing substance.
Sanit, a Cuban émigré with a 1-2 record and 8.69 ERA as a relief pitcher, tested positive for Mephentermine, according to a release from Major League Baseball.
The substance is described as a "cardiac stimulant" with effects similar to ephedrine, a banned drug used as a stimulant and appetite suppressant. Sanit was in spring training with the Yankees this spring, appearing in seven games.Comment

cool article, pretty much furthering the ****ting upon of baracuda.
i do think olympic style drug testing is the way to go, and all fighters should agree to it. however i just think floyd is less sincere than he claims to be with it. i do think it is the right decision though. it would be more effective if all of the promoters would come together under and agreement that they wouldnt promote any fighters who would not undergo this testing. if the commission would get involved and say that all televised fights must undergo testing, this would help too. for one fighter to come out and say "do my tests" it becomes more of a negotiating tool, rather than a sincere request to clean up the sport. i do love floyd for not accepting the WBC belt though, im almost a fan now just because of that. i hate those ****ing sanctioning bodies. they are the real problem with boxing.Comment
