I think overall Pacquiao hits harder but not by much.

The difference between Pacquiao and Floyd is Pacquiao is far more aggressive and throw alot of combinations.

Mayweather on the other hand likes to be able to protect himself at all times so he tends to only throw 1 to 2 shots at a time.

pac has more power, but he also throws more punches than floyd. that's why he stops his opponents and floyd just plays tag with them

floyd has deceptive power..people really underate it until they fight him..evey opponent says hes stronger than they thought after they fight him..manny throws lots and lots of punches with great speed and is more aggresive than floyd..both can hurt you
