The initial response from Kats Camp was that he wants nothing to do with Khan. Now they trying to look like they tried it. Alexander is fighting Kotelnik (the guy who Khan dominated)
Bradley is fighting some unknown 147pounder
Maidana is injured.

This is a 'stay busy' fight because he wants one before Ramadan. He's not obliged to face anyone this quick. Normally he'd fight after 6 months now. He just wants one before he takes a long break.

Top 140lbs fighters are already contracted to fight soon. Plus, noone wants to get ready for a big fight in only 2 months. This is a pass time/tune up bout before he fasts in ramadan.

Have you even read previous posts? Katsidis has fought at 140 before and has even had more fights than Khan in this division.
