floyd could have fought a highly entertaining fight vs oscar & could have gotten a spectaular ko or tko. same thing with he mosley, marquez, baldomir, & judah fights.

he could be a highly entertaining fighter he just stepped on the offensive pedal more. that's why its absolutely asinine to think he's gonna ko pac. he doesnt have that mental make up anymore.

the hatton fight was entertaining for floyd fans period. the build up & atmosphere was great, but the fight itself was dirty, too many clinches, not enough action, no ebb & flow, too one sided, & stagnant at times.

if you took hatton & floyd's name & fanbase out & just saw the same fight vs 2 no name fighters you would feel differently.

you are right. they are easily fooled by slick marketing campaigns where ads proclaim the king is back(thank god) and mayweather-marquez is for "numero uno" good marketing goes such a long way that it can turn mismatches into ppv hits.

it was a robbery just like you will say even if pac dominates floyd.

they equate entertaining 24/7 shows & fake thug degenerate personalities as charm, boxing greatness, & use it as a substitute for excitement in the ring or lack thereof in floyds case.

Who cares whether hes exciting or not?

Like why does that matter. Thats entirely subjective.

He didnt start boxing yesterday. You know what you get with him. If you watch Floyd expecting to be on the egde of your seat your're a damn fool.

the people that pay 50 dollars care if he's exciting. the casual fan that doesnt really follow boxing but got suckered in the ppv by the self proclaimed hustler care if he's exciting. when you hear/see floyd on tv spewing about its gonna be great fight & he's gonna knock out, "bumrush", put on a great fight but does the complete opposite, you think people dont care?

that's why boxing was in the doldrums for a long time. boxing was irrelevant when floyd jr. & roy jr. were king. there's a reason why.

it only became exciting again when pac took over the throne with his exciting performances.

              • floyd doesnt care about the people or his fans watching him
he doesnt care if he delivers an exciting fight
all he cares is the money that his going to rip out of their pockets specially his fans
he even say he doesnt care about his fans his fans doesnt pay his bills lol

all he does is just pick easy fights thats for sure hell keep his 0 record
his 0 record attract more people to watch him more people means more money
in other word it means its his source of income
the longer he keeps his 0 the more money he can ripped
he'll do anything to keep that 0

thats why i understand why his willing to turn down 40million againts fighting pac,
coz he has a chance to lose againts pac, and that means the end of his 0 record = the end of his money...he wont take that risk, he'll rather fight anyone easy out there for 20-30million and keep his 0

he even hype up those easy fights to people and say oh u people should watch the guy im gonna fight his a good fighter lol,

people failed to realize that they are being fooled by this guy

i dont like seeing fighters that fights for the money, like timothy bradley
coz when fighters fight for money they get so protective of their record to keep being in the spotlight and earn more money...
coz they know if they lost they will lose that spotlight
thats why those kind of boxers are allergic of being lost,
they will pick fights that for sure they will come out the winner,
even takes an anvantage b4 the fight even started

I kind of think that anyone could box like PBF if they tried to. Its like because PBF dont care if he entertains the crowd, that is why he fights like he does.

Is it really sweet science, or just a man with very good reflexes who dont care about being boring? Dirrell is similar isnt he?
