Thats great but that doesn't always equate to a better resume. Do some research and pick apart his argument some more. I think he makes a good point though.

People need to get serious about Mayweather fighting Cotto, to see the outcome all you have to do is watch the Henry Brussels just how floyd played around with him is how he would of did cotto. Only thing that would of been different is that it probably would of been a longer fight. One thing people dont get is that Cotto and Arum knew that his career would of been over if he fought floyd. I like cotto because he showed heart in that clottey fight in the championship rounds, but thats the only thing I like about him.

If floyd can make shane stop throwing punches, who will trade with anyone and traded punches with cotto, do you think he wouldnt have made cotto start backpedalling and dancing around while still get beat up?

He wanted Shane , Oscar and Zu for the longest.

        Zu was on Showtime.

Oscar and Mosley didnt want to fight Floyd because he was high risk low reward. Shane and Oscar were on a another level.

Isnt he trying to fight Pac now? No?

If he beats Pac what will you say?
read the thread title. no great fighters beaten in their prime. This is the hierarchy:

        Legendary
        ATG
        Great Fighter/Hall of Famer
        Very Good/just below HOF

Floyd has never faced a fellow ATG let alone beat one. Floyd has faced & beaten great/HOF fighters like oscar, shane, & marquez BUT NOT IN THEIR PRIME, or proper weight (marquez).

Floyd has beaten very good/just below HOF fighters IN THEIR PRIME like corrales, castillo, hatton, & genaro.

no they are not ****. But they are not great hall of fame fighters. they are if properly classified very good/ below HOF fighters.

-marvin hagler beat tommy hearns in his prime.

-roy jones jr. beat james toney in his prime.

-salvador sanchez beat wilfredo gomez in his prime.

-randy turpin beat sugar ray robinson in his prime.

PBF has only ever fought very good fighters. Never a great fighter.
Pac will be his first ever great fighter. JMM was great at 135, but not 147, so PBF didnt beat a great JMM or a great hatton. DLH was possibly great in his peak but when he fought PBF he wasnt great at that point. Very good still though. And so on, and so forth.

                Diego Corralles

                Jose Castillo

2 of the best fighters in the WORLD.

When Floyd beat them. Both PRIME.

Hell Corralles was P4P Number 5 when Floyd beat him.

He was ranked over Hopkins, Lewis, Hamed, Floyd himself and Morales.
