So let Jack Burton get this straight.

I wish he would stay at 154 because that is his natural weight class I determined by his typical FN weights but I guess if he wants to waste his time trying to get fights with big stars he will never get its his time to waste.
Still he does have plenty of comp at 154 and even 160 even though blah ****in blah if he can make the weight even if he is bigger than everyone at 47 he can fight there according to the rules in addition to no one caring about any WW opponents who will actually fight him.
A PWill/Angulo, PWill/Sergiy, PWill/Kirkland fight.......thats what the ppl want and what could make him a star.Comment

He said Martinez exposed PW.
That fight was close.
PW actually won.
So by his logic if PW got exposed Margo got exposed.
P.S the word exposed gets thrown around on this forum way to often.Comment

Wasn't that close. Williams got tagged at will.
He will get stopped in a rematch. Goosen knows this, so he's moving him down to safe waters.Comment

Right, but he's a WW now..I wish he would stay at 154 because that is his natural weight class I determined by his typical FN weights but I guess if he wants to waste his time trying to get fights with big stars he will never get its his time to waste.

Squealpiggy, please don't tell me you think they're all afraid of Williams...... you're smarter than that.
Simply, nobody cares about Williams. He has no fans and he's technically challengedComment

Williams has been looking very vulnerable here lately. I think he'd still probably beat Angulo and Cotto. But if James Kirkland can get back to form I'd pick Kirkland to beat Williams. That's a guy that Williams turned down too and fought Winky Wright instead.
I will say this. If people want to say that it's a weak move on Williams' part to move down to 147 I can't really disagree with them. It's just like what Timothy Bradley is doing right now by swimming in the kiddie pool. 140 and 154 are good divisions right now, and Williams and Bradley don't want to plant their feet in them for one reason or another. Paul is kinda losing me as a fan too.Comment

Green kaye given for the kiddie pool reference since it made me lol, but in seriousness, there is no other way of interpreting this move.Williams has been looking very vulnerable here lately. It comes on the heels of a fight where he was basically shut out by a guy he was supposed to MASH...
Even the most dedicated Williams hugger will have a hard time justifying this move. And its not even that I'm questioning Williams heart, cuz' I believe he wants to fight whoever, but I think its clear that Goosen knows he's extremely beatable by anyone at 54' or 60'.
There's no 2 ways about it. And I seriously scoff at anyone who thinks Mayweather or Packy are realistic possibilities for him at 47'.
Just not happening.
Basically it sounds like Goosen wants to milk him for all he's worth before he puts him in against anyone serious at which point he will cash him out.
Sad, but its la verdad.Comment
