A proper punch? Plenty of them throw "proper punches" they just don't do it out of a boxing stance because a boxing stance in MMA is completely ineffective in the MMA world. You have to remember a lot of these guys are strikers second so yeah it's obvious they arn't gonna be as proficiant with their hands, but there are plenty of MMA's that throw plenty of good punches.
