Klitschko has something to hide.... His brother Vitali does too (who was tested positive for steroids in the Olympics and, therefore, banned from the Olympics).

Innocent until proven guilty is a slogan more than anything else.
You do not have to be proven GUILTY to be arrested and placed in jail temporarily, but you have to prove your innocence to be found NOT GUILTY.Make sense?

Again-what good comes out of this for Wlad,Manny, etc by refusing OST testing?????
Sorry if II'm butting in, and I'm not an American, but my understanding, from many previous precedents, is that each state has it's own laws, which, in this matter may be similiar, or not. The criterion for having a "suspect" remanded in custody, is nearly always based on the probability or not of the suspect leaving the area. Even in fairly serious cases, if the suspect is, say, for example, the father of a young family, all at local schools, and/or he is the proprietor of a business where he is needed and of hitherto good reputation, the suspect is often allowed to remain out of custody on a substantial bail.

He/she may be required to report in to a police station at regular intervals, until the matter is brought to court.

Lol. Sure, provide proof instead of talking out of your ass.
