Now, if there is no warrant, the police can pick you up for questioning and you may be detained for about 36 hours only unless a case is filed against you. When a case has been filed, the judge determines if there is probable cause. If there is no probable cause, as in the case of Pacquiao and Klitschko, the case is dismissed outright.
Whao completely wrong. Someone accuses you of a crime, the police officers have the athority to detain you. The Warrent is only to search your property. Police can pick you up for almost any reason, but you arent arrested. They have to file charges for it to be an arrest meaning you will be put on trial

Wlad needs to find a way to fight Povetkin or he will be stripped of one of his titles...It is a negotiation chip in Povetkin's favour perhaps, but probably only in negotiating a slightly higher purse split...even then it is no guarantee.

I think personally that Povetkin is not ready (as his trainer Teddy Atlas has implied before) and they are buying time until Atlas is confident in his fighter. The bad thing is,Povetkin isn't getting younger and can piss away a decent pay day....if he was ready,Atlas would have pushed for this fight....
Lol, shut up already, it's obvious you don't know ****, first you say you can go to jail even if there's no proof against you and now this, dumbass.

That's not correct.....It is usually left up to the discretion of the officer and the situation....

They didn't threaten to strip him over the drug testing-lol.... The IBF threatened to strip him over not fighting the mandatory Povetkin. They are past the deadline for the agreement apparently...

Wlad should accept it and fight him

But I think he wants the Haye fight more and would dump the IBF belt...

Povetkin - official challenger by WADA version! Sasha Povetkin should get by K2 promotion!
