Not true. Roach has more say than anyone in Manny's camp, he is after all like a father figure to Manny and without Roach, Manny wouldn't be where he is right now. That's a fact. Roach can talk Manny into accepting a lower pay cut just to fulfill Manny's promise to Roach that he will fight Gayweather for him for his last fight before he retires.

Not true at all. Roach made Pac the fighter he is today and Roach is not going to put his fighter in the ring with someone he knows can beat Pac. Pac is not fighting without Roach being his trainer for any fight.
