A manager needs to do what is best for his client, Rigonduaex has a valid reason for not wanting to be trained by Roach, I have often wondered how he trained so many guys, obviously that approach is not for Rigonduaex. I don't know what recourse Rigondeaux has but as his manager if he is not operating in his best interests I would imagine he could get away from that contract although it would be costly and time consuming.

Hyde should learn his role and make money for his client which is helped by having a trainer he can work well with.

Yea but he doesnt have a trainer lined up for him right now, so why stray away from a great trainer and not get another good one? Rig is still what 5-0 and Roach cant dedicate too much time to him becuase hes not his main priority...but i dont know the whole situation

The proposed June 4th fight is in Florida if I'm not mistaken. Florida is a "right to work" state. Nobody can prevent the kid from fighting. The commission would however require the promoter to pay the manager his percentage directly from the purse.

Rigondeauz didn't feel right with Roach and his stable of fighters. End of story. This type of **** cannot be forced, and he will thrive where he's comfortable.

I'm glad he's Not going to be with roach. he's had an extensive amateur background but he's bout to be 30 which is a "young" 30 as opposed to beIng a "old" 30 and needs to get his opportunities now.I rather see benavidez get the extra time from roach than chacal
