He has not accepted it. He requested the tests to be done on certain dates meaning it wouldnt be random testing and cheating would be possible. It's funny that Pacquiao trusts the commission to do drug tests but he doesnt trust them to do weight penalties or anything like that. Pacquiao is a hypocrite and I cant understand people that think "Pacquiao refused the test but somehow this is all Mayweather's fault" it makes no sense at all.

Some of you on here need to re-fall in love with boxing. This isnt MMA or sloppy fighters throwing haymakers. HONESTLY, if you are a fan of boxing, and cant find the Art and skill in floyd mayweather's fights, you are simply just a HATER.
