Gatti looked bad tonight, his punch resistance was terrible. Take nothing away from Mayweather because he put on a show but Gatti made it look better than it should have been.

Floyd would destroy hatton. Only a truly masterful boxer stands a good chance against floyd.. Unfortunately, there is none in the 140 lb division besides mayweather. Hatton will try and rush in and bully mayweather like he did with Tszyu. Problem is, tszyu pretty much stayed in one place without using his legs much and not much upper body movement for that matter. Mayweather will never be trapped for long, he will just escape and outbox hatton. It will be similar to Mayweather vs. Castillo 1 and 2. And yes, mayweather definitively defeated castillo in the first match.

Billy Graham knows his boxing, i've dont ever recall him being wrong when he picks them. He's obviously going to favour Hatton but there's a good reason why he's so confident.

As for your opinion for the fights outcome, thats upto you.
If Hatton beat Mayweather, I would make him the #1 pound for pound fighter in boxing. You know my feelings about Ricky's success and I suppose it goes to show you, when I make a SERIOUS thread about Ward beating Hatton:

My feelings are that Ricky stands about the same chance as Gatti did tonight against the best P4P fighter in boxing.

I hope its the same as Castillo vs Mayweather, Hatton's got better legs and more power than Castillo, if Floyd fights that kind of fight then Hatton would murder him. I dont think Mayweathers that ****** so i expect it to be different.

It doesn't matter if someone's never been wrong before, he'll be wrong, and Floyd might be the guy who makes him wrong.

It'd be a great fight, that's for sure. I'm favoring Mayweather, and that's not based on tonight's performance. If it's in America, which it will have to be, because Floyd said he won't fight in the UK, then Floyd should win. This especially holds true if it's a large ring. If it is, Floyd can stay more centered, and just outbox him all night. There shouldn't be any doubt that Floyd is the superior BOXER.

Hatton would give him a run for his money, though.

If Ricky managed to beat Mayweather he'd deserve insane props! Ricky has just beaten the previous #1 lb4lb fighter in the world(Tszyu) so if he beats the current #1 lb4lb fighter in the world in his next fight then that is insane ****. He'd deserve all the praise in the world and his legacy as an all-time great would be cemented!
