You should write to the NSAC and ask them why they don't test for everything. And tell them they should check fighters randomly because who knows whether or not they're using Lidocaine during training camp.

Apparently if you didn't know Floyd had his own company do all testing and maybe they mysteriously forgot the tests for numbing agents?? NSAC didn't do their own tests for this fight, they only recieved the results form USADA.
