If such a new system of testing were to be implemented, it would need to come through a coordinated effort on the part of a non-biased party. A fighter who makes up one half of a boxing match does not meet this criteria.

NRL in Australia outsources testing to WADA and i was knowledgable about the procedure long before this.......what i din't know is how lax the commission level testing is....shame on me for being under the impression PED testing for a combat sport would be strict...........they don't even test for EPO or HGH.....as far as an advantage goes, you would likely get a bigger advantage in boxing from EPO than anabolic steroids........

i wouldn't bet on either guy if the fight eventuates.......odds are not attractive enough on any one of them with the outcome as uncertain as it is........if you are looking to gamble, take Forem,an over Cotto.
