As Kizer explained it, fighters must, under penalty of perjury, sign a statement at the fight weigh ins discloosing what, if any, pain or other serious medication they have used or plan to use anytime between the weigh in and fight time.

if you beleive that.....then the question you should ask yourself is why is something as simple as OST a dealbreaker for Pac?????

If Floyd was SOO CONCERNED with PED's in the sport of boxing then he would of address the Olympic Style Testing even before his Pro career, but he didnt and needed an excuse that would hold up a fight with Pacman..

it's good that mayweather is doing this USDA drug testing thing...But he did it out of fear that someone can be just as fast, strong, and dominating as him. Someone that can actually take his zero.

what is he doing though? he's not doing accurate testing that would catch dopers. that's the whole point of the article. his testing was a farce and a publicity stunt. he wants to appear like he's doing something that he's really not.
