Does floyd use PEDS/STEROIDS when he doesn't have a schedule fight in his training?

Yeah it's a big difference compared to nsac in a testing method because of the added blood and random test but the result is almost the same since the time frame of the test was fall in the period where using the peds/steroids isn't effective anymore so the athlete or a cheater wouldn't even use it even without a test.

one of the reasons why manny pac has been accused of doing ped's is because of his rise to the weights.

floyd has been on the same weightclass as manny in the amatures. he even went as high as 154, one weightclass higher than pac.

using ***** logic, floyd is on stronger PED's than pac.

conte (*****'s ex-bestfriend) said taking steroids before training would yield results, and emphasized on year round testing..

wada has procedures for out-of-competetion testing, something floyd and shane never went through.

the supposed improved test is useless. it didn't prove floyd or shane didn't cheat.
