Does floyd use PEDS/STEROIDS when he doesn't have a schedule fight in his training?

Floyd is an active athlete who always stays in the gym, and with the latest statement that came from victor conte said that the most effective use of this drugs is months before the fight, with that it is not impossible for floyd to take those drugs during the time that he doesn't have a fight so that he could get the full benefits of the drugs and stop using it when he was about to sign a contract so that during the testing period no matter what kind of test they use he will be clean with those drugs.

That i think is the main reason why floyd become stronger than mosley when in fact before he retire he can't bully the smaller hatton in their fight....

Yeah floyd was much bigger, stronger and more ripped now compared to when he fought hatton.
