I am one of the biggest floyd fans you will find. I just dont think any one at the moment can beat him. I have never posted here, but I have submitted a few responses that will attest to that. That being said I think may is being ******ed. They are both huge draws and only together can they make the most. If youre in it for the money then its obvious who you need to be fighting. Also, im aware that floyd and manny can both make a lot of money fighting other opponents but for floyd it is more worrisome because he really is dependent on his 0, and he can only make good money at this time by fighting real dangerous fighters. If he cant fight pac, then he has to go after williams, martinez, etc. And a loss would probably severely affect his drawing power unless it was controversial and a rematch was needed. At this time I think only a fight with pac is worth the risk. For Pac the risks arent as great, he can lose to a bigger fighter like williams, foreman, even margarito and his status will not be nearly as damaged, he could even lose to mayweather as many suspect and still be ok. Not only that i dont think manny will be in the game much longer. Floyd, im youre boy, but man up and do the right thing. I am the first to say i think its an easy fight for mayweather but he is really starting to look bad, and to think I was rather hard on pac's refusal on blood tests until I realized it was just to save a little face, flex his ego, and let the fight build a little more. Floyd needs to step up and stop being an idiot.

Floyd deserves a bigger cut. He has taken smaller cuts to fighters like De La Hoya. So he should get a bigger cut as he has seniority and is a bigger draw.

Floyd would have to be a dam fool to do 50/50 with Manny, because not only did he out sell manny in there latest PPV, but doing the 24/7 and the build up to the fight he will be doing all of the promoting with his way of hyping up the fight. There star power is the same but the ability to sell the fight and carry the promotions you can hardly expect a pinoy who hardly speaks any english to carry the hype when he has little personality and he going to give you the standard line. Hes bigger than me and hes stronger than me. Thats not selling the fight so of course floyd should get more and to be fair manny should feel lucky to be getting the chance to share the ring with an ATG. Pac is a good fighter and he and mayweather have benefited from good match making. Pac wanted no part of Mosley and if Pac thinks he can make 40 mil fighting Margarito then go ahead and fight in Texas stadium and see the outcome. Margarito really doesnt deserve a shot but for some reason Arum really want consider Marquez I wonder why that is. Both of these guys are crazy if they think they can make this type money with any other opponent. Oh im sorry Mayweather just made 40 MIL fighting Mosley, but it would be hard to believe he could do it with any of the other remaining opponents even Alvarez or Cotto whom have pretty big followings. i thought Top Rank and manny were damned fools for not accepting the 50/50 the first time, and instead allowing the fight to fall apart over a drug testing stipulation that they now want to accept.
