Is Pacquiao the commission now? What ever happened to playing by the commission rules? How is Floyd scared of Pacquiao when the 14 day-cut off was Floyd's proposal to accommodate Pacquiao's (fear) in the previous negotiations? So what if Pacquiao decided to accept a 14 day cut off, things change like Pacquiao's mind. The negotiations are yet to begin again.

In this case, Floyd jr. NEVER even considered going by the commission's rules. That's why he insisted on using USADA. Manny's simply trying to follow Floyd's rules, as much as he can allow himself.
