He's willing to prove he's clean, just not by Mayweather's custom testing, it needs to be done in a way both parties agree. Simple right? Can't have one side deciding how everything is done.

So Conte suggests 5 day cut off would be better than 14 .

But he ALSO said that Mayweather should accept the 14 day cut off Manny now agrees to. Of course the BEST would be NO CUTOFF WHATSOEVER, but if 14 is still ok, then why not?

Lets wait and see what the third part of the interview says but right now it looks like Money's Official PED tester has put the ball firmly in Money's court as to whether or not the fight is on.

He has pretty much said if Pac agrees to the 14 days then its a reasonable cut-off to fight him.

You people need to realize EVEN if what Arum said was true about 18 days of no testing, it would be USADA's choice, not the fighters. Random does not mean cut off. There is evidence of the 24/7 series showing them getting tested days before the fight.
