Are you saying Sweden has a history of robbing fighters? How the fück is he gonna fight or get robbed in Sweden when professional fights over 4 rounds are banned by law?

The money wont be as good because non of them is big in the USA.If the likes of Dawson fight in Night clubs and Shane Mosley fights for $25 at the gate against Margarito how much will people pay for Froch?It's always easier if one of the guys comes from that country or both have such a high profile.You see Manny Pacquiao and Miranda are not American but they can pack Arenas.I think for economic reasons the fight should be in Germany,more bums on the seats.

It makes absolutely no sense to have this fight in the U.S because they would be very lucky to get 10,000 people in there. Logical thing to do would be having it in Europe (possibly Sweden as it's neutral) and have U.S judges.

I am English and cannot stand Froch but think that in a neutral venue Froch wins this.

They cannot have it in Sweden, proffesional fights over four rounds are illegal.

Nottingham if it's close it'll go to Froch - Froch only wants a neutral location - is that so wrong? froch took his first defence in the USa vs Taylor. won a fight many think he lost in a razor thin decision against Dirrell and lost a fight (I thought) he won in Denmark. He's earnt the right to demand a fair venue the man is no ducker but has been burnt twice now in the shocking points deficit vs taylor and the loss vs Kessler.

(those of you who remember I bet on kessler to win but thought Froch won; that's pretty honest don't you think?)

that said I'll take a lifetime bet here and now ban from boxingscene forums for good, permanently that in a fair, neutral location Froch beats Abraham I am that confident 100% that he'd win on fair ground.


I think its logical and fair for the fight to happen in the USA & if Sauerland keep pushing for a EU venue that pretty much confirms to me they are seeking home cooking; that's all I need to know & confirms my concerns.
