How can you say Arum is the best when he was the reason why the Pac vs. Money May fight didn't happen in March?

Putting shows on TV that people don't watch or care about doesn't make you a good promoter.

A good promoter would give his boxers an opportunity to make a name for themselves, pay them well when they sign to the company, and put together a good card for the fans when they pay good money to see them fight.

When was the last time Arum put together a good PPV with a good undercard?

Again the TS ask for my opinion. And, maybe cuz I am a boxing geek, hardcore fan, die hard. That I would watch any fight that I can.

Maybe it is just me cuz I don't give a **** if Joe Blow off the corner doesn't care about Jesus Soto Karass, or Ivan Calderon, or Antonio Margarito comeback fight. I do care to see them fight. And, if I HBO or anybody of these other networks won't put them on TV.

I am very happy that TR goes INTO THEIR OWN POCKET and LOSE MONEY OUT OF THE DEAL. Just so I and other diehards geeks like me can watch them fight. **** what Joe Blow cares about.

And, look at TR next HBO double header. Cotto-Foreman and nice undercard in Vanes-Joe Greene. I really don't care if don't care about those fighters or like those fighters. I know who they're. And, that is all that I care about. I am not complaining about that double header and I don't think no diehard should.

Top Rank has been going 37 years now. De La Hoya has been working for 9 years and is looking to kick sharks like Arum out of the game.

To stop professional boxers careers fall apart due to ****** vices and provide a good atmosphere of peer management for its partners, which include folks like Lou DiBella.

Bro as much as I'm trying to see your perspective, all I have in my head is how bad GBP just mismanaged Winky, B-hop and Shane's career over the past year or so. Like J-rose said, they will leave their guys on the shelf and wait for tv dates, while Arum will front the money to put these guys on independent PPV's and various tv dates.

GBP and Top Rank are pretty even. That being said Arum has been promoting since the sities while GBP only since 2001. I think GBP prospects will be showing up in a couple of years.

Give De La Hoya 32 years and he'll be running his gyms better than Arum. The business will be more open. The game will be slicker and better promoted.

And the boxers will get better cuts and have a better understanding of the media.

Leave Arum in charge they'll all be going crazy cos he'll be telling them everythings fine. Leave it to me.

Honestly I use to believe this, but I'm slowly starting to see Oscar as a snake and a guy worst than Arum. No hate, but watch as Oscar shows his true colors in a few years.

Bringing boxing back to stadiums, Cowboys stadium, Yankee stadium, he tried to do a fight at San Francisco Giant baseball field. I mean he is taking boxing out of the casinos and putting them back in stadiums like the old days. And, more fans will visit. And, so called fans are ****ting on him? Yea he does some shady ****, but guess what? Every promoter including GBP do shady ****. But, nobody really wants to give credit to TR for the good **** they do for boxing. Because, they do some good stuff for the sport. Taking boxing away from stale casinos and putting them in stadiums is one of them.
