Its still a good win for a guy who started at mw

        no floyd is like RJJ

RJJ and floyd just cherry pick (RJJ isnt so bad)
so that they win. cotto already beat mosley
and he didnt need him to be blood drained before fighting him.

James Toney literally ducks no man. he has fought even more top 10 heavyweights than david haye.

if you like cherry picking fighters floyd is your man
if you like a true throw back fighter that duck no man
who doesnt ask for a million conditions
        then toney is the best.

after toney made rahman quit in 4, why did wladiimr choose to fight rahman instead of toney ?

after toney softened up sam peter for 24 rounds , why did vitali choose
sam peter instead of toney ?

        toney never disappoints the fans.

maybe not the best resume, but he's the most skilled fighter of this era

a prime toney fight was a work of art

Mayweather is what Toney should've been. Actually, if Toney had Floyd's dedication, he would've been even greater.

i agree with this and exactly what i said last nite. he had all the tools. he had the skills, the mouth the style. everything. but he laked focus and discipline. i mean the rarely trained. all he did was spar later on in his career. i mean thats great and all but look what it did to his body. im a toney fan btw. but i tell it like it is.

Tis a good win but you have to put it into context, Byrd was not a full blown HW himself, Ruiz dropped him and arguably won all 3! fights, plus he went on to lose to Larry Donald.

People make the win out to be far greater than it was imo.

Well i only saw him being outclassed by RJJ and i saw him against Michael Nunn. I think i saw a few other of his fights against virov or some others as well.
