Highlights:
DT - Let's switch gears and discuss the Mayweather/ Mosley bout. Did you see any weak spots in Mayweather's style that Manny Pacquiao would be able to utilize in their eventual match?
FR - Mayweather got hit much more than he is use to because he has lost the quick movement that he used to have. I believe that his legs are gone and that made him very hittable. Manny is stronger and faster than Mayweather and if Manny has him in trouble he will knock him out.
------
DT - So you are not really looking at a list of potential opponents other than Mayweather?
FR - I am in the dark just like the rest of the fans out there. The negotiations are going on between Bob Arum and Richard Schafer. I like everyone else await the results so I can get Congressman Pacquiao ready for his opponent.
------
DT - Will Mayweather's defense work against Manny?
FR - The shoulder roll will not work against a southpaw.
-----
DT - Some writers have been quoted as saying that Manny does not have a good enough jab to bother Mayweather. Your reaction?
FR - When you are a southpaw fighting a conventional fighter, the alignment for the jab is not really conducive for that kind of fighting. Manny has a great jab but when you are fighting a right handed fighter, it changes the dynamics of the positioning of the feet so the jab is not really relevant. So whoever is making those kind of statements does not know boxing because they don't understand how southpaws work against right handed fighters.
-----
DT - Some experts have stated that Manny would have to plant himself before throwing his flurries of punches and Mayweather would counter the misses with his right hand. Your feelings?
FR - Bull****! That's incorrect, Manny never plants himself when he throws punches, he has knocked out everyone by throwing punches with movement. Why would he have to plant himself. These so called experts are way off the mark. Movement is the key to the victory. Manny would never sit there in the pocket and trade punches with Mayweather.
