Conte is basically saying that random testing should be done all year round and that the testing for Mayweather/Mosely was nothing but a sham.

Yes, i read it. But testing 24/7/365 days a year is totally impractical because 1) its too expensive 2) its also INVASIVE, meaning you need to take blood EVERY TIME YOU TEST.

What conte was saying is that you'd really have to test EVERY DAY THE WHOLE YEAR ROUND.

Good luck to finding a system to do that cost-effectively and without killing your subject with blood loss.

The only way to go about this is for someone or some organization to invent a non invasive way of testing for HGH. Either by urine, saliva, hair etc.
