What conte was saying is that you'd really have to test EVERY DAY THE WHOLE YEAR ROUND.

The only way to go about this is for someone or some organization to invent a non invasive way of testing for HGH. Either by urine, saliva, hair etc.

every day, isnt random it means regular. what i mean is, how effective is this random testing when in fact u can use it in ur regular training (imagine an enhanced performance while on regular training) while negotiations is going on; and stop using it once announced that there will be random testing.

after negotiation, serious training comes, with ur body well conditioned coz of peds. train in big bear or whereever suits, free from peds at that time, yet the fighter had already benefitted from peds.

i agree, it needs some upgrade and inventions to detect peds free from invasive ways. but not from USADA.
