Well then, if the current standards are shot, what does he suggest? Can he provide a better way of testing that can be applied suddenly and without any invasive measures such as taking blood?

If it really worked, then the USADA had done a great disservice to the boxingworld by perpetuating this sham of a test by stopping more than 2 weeks after the fight and i doubt if they even tested both right after the fight.

What's more disconcerting about this is Tygart just claimed Xylocaine is off the list which if they really follows WADA rules, any ******* derivatives is NUMBER ONE ON THE LIST! So why would this fellow suddenly says it is not included and had to stop testing 18 days before the fight?

Was it because they give floyd the chance to take those numbing chemicals?
