now that pac has bowed to floyd's demand, what's stopping floyd from signing?

    only answer: he's ducking!!!!

All we can focus on is what's illegal now. I would respectfully submit that it isn't productive to talk about what should could might maybe be added to the list.

That is worse than saying NO, IMO. And yes, he IS a prime suspect, based on what HE SAID AND DID. I know you wish that weren't the case, but it is.
That doesnt even make him suspect at all. Agreeing to a blood test 14 days prior, and urine throughout the entire deal, and taking blood immediately after should clear any word of "suspect"

Tygart said based on his "results", 18 days was fine for blood, and took more urine tan blood tests, haha. But this deterrent, is a mind game. Tygart said beneficial use is months prior, not "14 days"

And again, please answer why floyd isnt in USADAs out of competition pool testing. This was his doing, and no one elses.

I heard that Manny goes hard in training with 2 weeks left Jro, but I could be wrong though. I think I heard that from him or somebody from his camp.

typical, because it doesnt fit your answer that is not there.

Again you dodged why floyd is not in their out of competition pool testing. If its dodged one more time its because i know youll have no answer. Out of competition pool testing has nothing to with Manny at this point. Its about floyd and his crusade to clean up boxing. So dont mention Manny if you plan to respond about it.
