                  ruiz for sure.boring but. 2 time champ & 12 title fights but valuev isn't bad either.ruiz had a pretty long string of elite level fights even though he wasn't elite.don king made this guy alot of $$$.valuev is okay in my opinion but not elite.

                    I agree with you, Haye hasn't beaten a top fighter, and he never will because there isnt a top fighter out there.

                    His best win was probably Mormeck or Valuev. Nothing to shout about really.
