No, he started drastically improving his boxing skills after the first Marquez fight because Roach changed the way he was training Paq, a few years into his improvement he started moving up in weight and that was primarily muscle, he barely cuts any weight at all to make 147, doesnt have to starve himself, leads to much better stamina on fight night. Look man, you don't have to agree with Mayweather's su****ions of Pacquiao. Mayweather doesn't have to justify his su****ions to you in order for them ot be valid. He feels as though there's a chance that Pacquiao is on PEDs, that's justification enough for his request. What part of that is so hard to understand? Mayweather not requesting this of his previous 39 opponents doesn't matter, and is simply a diversion. I want to see the fight as well, but I'm not willing to overlook su****ious behavior and inappropriately place the blame on one fighter over the other depending on who I like or dislike. Did you see the nephew of Floyd's hitting the mitts on 24-7? That kid cant be more than five years old, just think how much experience he will have by time he hits 15. Paq didnt start boxing at all until he was 15, and for ten years simply relied on punching power. When Roach decided to turn him into a better boxer, all hell broke loose. The reason that there is a possibility that Paq is using is because it hasnt been proven that he isnt using, guilty until proven innocent. Based on the logic of guilty until proven innocent, Paq or any other fighter who has not been tested might be using PED's. Bingo! Unfortunately pro athletes in today's PED era have to deal with the guilty/su****ious until proven innocent" treatment. This goes for all pro athletes, not just Pacquiao.
