ive actually been teased as a uncle tom for my dislike of floyd. that's fine joe frazier was called an uncle tom ali, emmanuel steward has been called an uncle tom by floyd. i live with my dad who is black & my mother who is white i havent seen in years. Im color blind, i dont blindly support a fighter because he happens to be black, white, or asian. something i cant say for a lot of floyd fans. What was he trying to do when they were actually negotiating? Avoid one?
.
I see. So when Manny says no, it's off the table. When Manny says yes, it's on.
I don't really care what Floyd thinks. I back full testing. Do you?
Why half-ass OST? Do it or dont.
That's wonderful.
It's sad your argument has dwindled to this. I think it's quite obvious you're a mixed child ashamed of his black side. See how silly that is? Probably not.Comment

Well I think it's sad people make assumptions about you. I also think it's pathetic when people make racial assumptions on a message board...like assuming I support Floyd because he's black. I had no idea OST was something people of African descent thought up.ive actually been teased as a uncle tom for my dislike of floyd. that's fine joe frazier was called an uncle tom ali, emmanuel steward has been called an uncle tom by floyd. i live with my dad who is black & my mother who is white i havent seen in years. im for floyd & pac getting it on.
If the fight has to happen without ost against 2 fighters with no failed steroid tests & no evidence of steroid use lets do it. That's what i support.
Would you rather have pac v floyd happen w/o ost? or would rather it NOT HAPPEN because of OST?
I could understand the crazed maniacal support for OST if one or both of the fighters have failed tests before, if one or both fighters have history of ped use, if one or both fighters was being accused of steroid use by a credible source like victor conte a la shane mosley, like mark mgwire & barry bonds a la jose canseco. I could understand the need for OST if pac was being accused by his ex trainer of juicing a la roger clemens & brian mcnamee.
But to risk the fight of our generation for some unfounded baseless allegations? i dont think so. i know so.Comment

then the filipino olympic commity is wrong for trusting them... :/I still have no idea why USADA didnt take blood 18 days before the fight.
The cutoff of blood testing looks like a way to lure Manny into a fight. The results of the tests su****iously mirror Mannys original demands of the cutoff (blood cut off weeks before the fight, and urine all the way through) Are we all supposed to believe that it was a coincidence? or just their style of "random"
They (and Floyd) are so adamant that refusing blood samples within the time frame of 18 days automatically means a user is cycling some unknown substance in and out.
How was any of the testing random? by cutting blood samples off 18 days prior, then explicitly taking urine samples only. It was "random" at the hands of the Tygart and Co.
His thought process must have been, "We'll show everyone our testing isnt as bad as advertised. We'll cut off taking blood samples for 18 days, and just test for urine. This will show we arent the bad guys here and Manny has nothing to worry about"
All this showed was their inability to prove random blood and urine testing is a must so close to an event. They themselves cut off blood testing at a certain date and went urine only, and I dont think it was a coincidence, thats too convenient. Random by their definition was obviously at the hands of their CEO trying to market their company and make them look like the good guys.
In all seriousness, Manny should have nothing to do with USADA after this stunt. If manny complies, I have a feeling theyd take his blood every other day including the morning of. afterall, it is "random" in a floyd way.
If they were truly concerned of athletes using this magical PED that can only be tested by blood, and can be cycled out in 24 hours, they wouldve taken blood at least once in the span of 18 days, yet su****iously they went urine only when blood testing was so essential to them. "random" isnt so random anymore
And again, Floyd is not being tested right now. According to their stands he's doing something. When another fight comes, he'll start SCHEDULED random testing.
this whole floyd/usada thing is a joke.Comment

I don't see things as either/or. I want to see the fight occur with full, uncompromised testing. Would I watch it without it? Sure. But when the testing is on the table, I'm going to push hard for it to be implemented - not half ass either. Simple. As far as accusations, I would repeat that Manny did himself a disservice with his lies and backtracking. Without that, it would've just been assumed that Floyd Sr was running his big mouth (again).im for floyd & pac getting it on.

those first couple of reasons for not taking the tests where not made by pac but by freddie roach, bob arum, michael konsz, not by pac. its pretty hard to get a uniformed response by the team when freddie roach is in california, arum is in las vegas, & pacquiao who they sometimes cannot get a hold on is thousands of miles away on the other side of the globe, busy with whatever new venture his doing out there.I don't see things as either/or. as for the testing, there has to be concessions. pac has already did that. its floyd's turn now.Comment
