I still have no idea why USADA didnt take blood 18 days before the fight.
The cutoff of blood testing looks like a way to lure Manny into a fight. The results of the tests su****iously mirror Mannys original demands of the cutoff (blood cut off weeks before the fight, and urine all the way through) Are we all supposed to believe that it was a coincidence? or just their style of "random"
They (and Floyd) are so adamant that refusing blood samples within the time frame of 18 days automatically means a user is cycling some unknown substance in and out.
How was any of the testing random? by cutting blood samples off 18 days prior, then explicitly taking urine samples only. It was "random" at the hands of the Tygart and Co.
His thought process must have been, "We'll show everyone our testing isnt as bad as advertised. We'll cut off taking blood samples for 18 days, and just test for urine. This will show we arent the bad guys here and Manny has nothing to worry about"
All this showed was their inability to prove random blood and urine testing is a must so close to an event. They themselves cut off blood testing at a certain date and went urine only, and I dont think it was a coincidence, thats too convenient. Random by their definition was obviously at the hands of their CEO trying to market their company and make them look like the good guys.
In all seriousness, Manny should have nothing to do with USADA after this stunt. If manny complies, I have a feeling theyd take his blood every other day including the morning of. afterall, it is "random" in a floyd way.
If they were truly concerned of athletes using this magical PED that can only be tested by blood, and can be cycled out in 24 hours, they wouldve taken blood at least once in the span of 18 days, yet su****iously they went urine only when blood testing was so essential to them. "random" isnt so random anymore
And again, Floyd is not being tested right now. According to their stands he's doing something. When another fight comes, he'll start SCHEDULED random testing.
this whole floyd/usada thing is a joke.
