They think they saw weaknesses in floyd they can expose. and more importantly is 2. they are no longer in the driver seat during negotiations. (Im quite sure it was the letter that Tim Smith and Teddy Atlas talked about, stating that Pacquiao's team asked 2 questions, 1.what would be the consequences if Manny tested positive and 2. can they keep it a secret for the sake of boxing.)

My question is if you wanna keep the integrity of the negotiations alive, then why a week later, did Bob Arum try to quote a source familiar with the testing procedures during the Mosley fight stating that the cutoff date was 18days. Is that suppose to make the casual fan believe that Mayweather and Mosley new the last day they were gonna be tested, because on 24-7 i couldve sworn i seen mosley being tested in the last episode. Isn't that leaking information to the press.

I swear if i didn't know any better there just setting the stage to make it look like Mayweather's afraid (because im sorry pac fans but here in the us, after the 1st failed negotiations there were more people asking why would an athlete who swear's he's clean refuse to take a random drug test than why did Mayweather ask in the 1st place.) They can still pretend that 14day offer is on the table, but they know dam well that they heard Mayweather say in February that if negotiations ever continued it would be up until fight day.

I don’t think Pac and Co. are being hypocrites. The last negotiations fell apart because Floyd wouldn’t budge off of 14 days. So now, Manny says I will do 14 days. It’s simple negotiations. They are trying to make the fight. Look at it like this if Pac does not compromise then people would say he is juicing or scared. So now that he goes to 14 days he’s a hypocrite or questions like "WHY didn't he do it before..." lol The kid can’t win for losing. I have stated several times before on other threads.. that after the Mosley fight , Pac’s camp became so confident that Manny would knock Floyd out that they were willing to do just about anything “within reason” to make the fight. I won’t give my sources out of respect and my word, but even though they feel like Floyd is a great fighter, he does not take “CLEAN” punches well. They pointed out to me that for Floyd not to get hit often , he really gets shaken up by clean shots for a few seconds. They also say in Floyd’s last 10 fights since moving up to 140 he has been visibly shaken up 3 times. Corley, Judah and Mosley. They feel it’s no coincidence. The plan is for Manny to fight Floyd and then maybe 2 more fights then retire. I usually take credence in something that someone tells me before hand then it happens. The negotiations are being kept quiet as they should, but I am just happy as BOXING AFICIANADO that we will get to see Armageddon when Floyd faces Manny. I believe the fight will get made because if you put pride and ego aside any negotiations are possible.
